Happy Friday Fash!

Hmmm, what do I want for dinner. I want something fun and good too.

Got me a country ham biscuit this morning. I crave them this time of year. When I use to go hunting, and come out of the woods around 10am, that was the first thing I would grab with a cup of coffee lol.

Believe it or not, I don't like the taste of them. I might be the only person in the world who doesn't.

You just aint had it made right :icon_wink:

I bet the deer you've had, prolly has a gamey taste. When you let it hang for a week, that gamey taste goes away.

:swoon:

Only my most favorite biscuit since I was 4 years old! I love the ham more than the biscuit lol, and as a kid, would only eat the ham. You know what country ham is right? Its a salty smoky ham, and SOOOOO good.

That's from a poor region of China..

You wouldn't see that in Shanghai, Beijing, or Taiwan or Hong Kong.

That is disappearing from the Chinese speaking world..

Few Chinese people have more than two children and their children are all too often spoiled.

The old lady is doing an elk roast today. I bought some cabbage rolls to have with it. This is going to be good.
