Last night I had a hotdog and cheesy western from the Texas Tavern, good food when drinking lol.

Tonight Im having salmon with mango chutney baked on top, with rice and egg roll.

I should clarify, I meant this is mmmmm.

I figured thats what you meant

Turned out good.

It sounded so yummy.

Was something different I came up with a few years ago. I like trying new things, same ol' same ol' gets boring after a while lol.

Another one I do in the Winter (since I dont grill as much), is I put jalapenos on it, then drizzle with honey, and bake it. Like a sweet heat salmon.

It all depends. Most of the time I like a spring roll, just cause its less greasy.

Im making my weekly menu today, so I dont know what Im having yet lol.

My friend ordered from the butcher shop, but it hadnt came yet. We were suppose to do that this weekend. Boneless ribs, smoked ghouda mac and cheese, and baked beans.

Frozen clam strips and fries.

Last night was my famous Cheeseburger Bake. Realgrimm would've loved it, as it had 4 cups of cheese on top and condensed cheddar cheese in the middle lol.

Cheeseburger Bake? Mine is a modified version off the back of a box of Bisquick. I make a thin layer of Bisquick on the bottom, fry 2lbs of burger with a can of mushrooms, then mix with a 1/4 cup milk and a can of condensed cheddar cheese. Put that on top of the Bisquick, then sprinkle cheddar all over the top , and bake at 400 for 30-35 mins

Its been all my friends favorite meal I make for the past 25 years lol.
