..and driving me crazy.   I'm still getting cramps up my back and a sore back as well.  This has been going on for some time.

I stretch and I take lavendar Epsom salt baths...it helps a bit but not really.  I have a doc apt tomorrow, thank God! We'll discuss if there could be anything possibly wrong...I wouldnt mind going for tests to be sure, but I think I'm going to go for some massage therapy for now.

My feet (the soles) always cramp a lot, I've tried chocolate milk and eating bananas, but it's not helping...I'm worried it may have a connection to my back?

Bricktop

Cramp is muscular, not skeletal.

It's either inappropriate footwear, gait, posture or incorrect exercising.

Better muscular than skeletal.

No shit sherlock! Muscles connect thru the entire skeletal system...a back problem could be the result of the foot, etc.

At this point I feel it's either tendons, facia or possibly even nerves...there is a little more going on, but I'm not talking about it.

I could've possibly injured myself a while back.  I'm at the docs as we speak.

Mostly the problem is my back...but just because the pain is there, doesnt mean that's where the problem is.

I have been on my feet nonstop for the past 2 months...I need to stop.
