It's actually a satchel...if you've ever travelled throughout the UK, you'd understand the need to carry tons of stuff. Passport, drivers licence, phone, tickets, gloves, GPS for the car, drinks and snacks (which you NEVER buy in tourist spots).

Asking people for passports used to be a rarity. Now, you get asked for a passport everywhere.
