This is off topic, but I hate December. I am hating it more every year. I only work about three and a half to four months a year. It's early to mid December to the end of March usually. Each year, I leave the farm and the old lady to head up to Northern Alberta or BC and to work as a self employed wellsite consultant. I love being semi retired, but full time retirement would be a lot better.

Its got to be great for eight months of the year, and suck for the other four.

Its not christmas related but recently Kevin Hart (black comedian) had a cowboys and Indians themed birthday party for his one year old boy and the progfascists got after him for it.



Several social media users weren't happy with the themed party. Some even said the timing of the party was inappropriate because the celebration was so close to Thanksgiving.



"As a fellow aboriginal people, ya'll should know why this "theme" is wrong on so many levels. Sickening," one commenter wrote.



"Cowboys and Indians? Can you not afford a publicist who would explain the reality [of] such a terrible idea?" another chimed in.



Others took to Twitter to voice their frustration: "Changing the caption and deleting comments does not make your "cowboys and Indians" party OK. Shame on you @EnikoHart and @KevinHart4real Culture isn't a costume."[/quote]
Hart didn't give in though.

Comment: Normally a black man would be exempted from this treatment, but as with all totalitarian movements ,  ideological purity is increasingly sought, so the standards of what is acceptable and who is exempted become narrower and narrower.

I have five years and four months until I retire. No horrible weather and prog insanity. I will not miss Canada.

Our next premier, Jason Kenney, has been forced to apologize for comments he made thirty years ago..



Apparently, he suggested same sex partners should not have paid time off to be with their partners who are suffering from AIDS..



I disagree with those comments, but it was a different time then and he has changed with the times.
