The vacancy rate is almost twenty five per cent.

And it will get lower.

Office space is the next largest expense for business after human resources. All corporations and retailers are doing everything they can to reduce their office and retail footprint.

I saw an estimate here that Australia's largest retail chains will dramatically reduce their floorspace in the foreseeable future as leases come up for renewal. Retail chains are especially over supplied with floor space.

Calgary's situation is a little different. It is the head office hub for Canada's oil and gas sector. Thanks to Justin Trudeau and the Alberta premier investment dollars can't leave Canada  fast enough for the United  States.

Trudeau is a tragedy for Canada.

We know. But, the state owned and funded CBC works for him. And prog billionaire media types gush over the inept asshole.

Nope. Other than the tropical north, which gets 2 seasons (the wet, and the dry), Australia gets 4 seasons. High summer temperature averaging around 28, spring and autumn around 22, and winter around 15.

Our summer weather fluctuates wildly...47.7 one day, 30 the next. In other seasons the weather is more consistent.

I liked the so called winters when I was in Toowoomba.

9months of Summer and 3 months of Spring = Australia.
