Vancouver

It was fine this morning. Hope I'll be able to drive to work tomorrow. No winter tires.

Beautiful!

Brings up images in my head of a burning fireplace a clock ticking in the back ground..smell of perculated coffee and something baking in the oven..

And multi car accidents, cars getting stuck, people slipping on ice, frost bite, roofs collapsing, elderly people having heart attacks shovelling snow,  collapsed power lines, and pets not wanting to go outside to do their business..

Feral I know it looks pretty, but it brings problems too..

Fortunately, Vancouver snow doesn't usually last long.

Bricktop

It's been snowing here too.

Well, it's not quite frozen water...but it's water falling from the sky, Same thing.

Four more winters after this one. I can hardly wait.

This continuing cold snap is costing me money. Transport Canada put slow orders on the subdivision I work on. The faster trains move, the more money I make.

Is this entirely about the extreme cold or was the tragic accident in Banff also a factor?

Vancouver

I sure hope today was the end of the snow. I can't put up with waking up more early to shovel the sidewalk and walkway. I need to spend my morning time before work to go on Facebook, twitter, instagram, and YouTube.
