UPdate from cops live - "mentioned only 1 in custody" ... "they have reports of shooting in several areas"



Very different here - "commander on the ground" .. very smart upfront  cop giving early update of all they have at moment - last shooting, cops did not speak for several hours and waited for mayor, chief etc etc .. it wasn't till finally the "commander on the ground" at the end spoke that we got anything of meaning
