The european militaries are not even capable of war because we are relying on the USA to do the dirty work.

I understand what your talking about, but the truth is in order to sustain a strong military you first need a very powerful economy, and only capitalist nations are able to achieve this, the USSR had went bankrupt, and I doubt Europe will be much different if they go the same route.

China's nuclear tech still have a lot to catch up, but their main interest is to just retake Taiwan rather than to fight other countries.
