Probably not.

Here, this means I am only governed by Provincial regulations.  No By-Laws.



It also means that while I do pay property tax for things like Fire/Policing, there are no 'city services' provided here...  Most of us pay a private guy to haul away our trash from the can once a week...

It's 05:00 here in BC, so I should be in bed, but hit up the prep and painting work late into the night, so now I drink, and live like a Vampire!

Consider yourself lucky though...  When my family emigrated here in the 1950's, travel was via ship...  to Halifax...  and then by rail to Vancouver.

Even in the summer, Taiwan doesn't get that hot..



But, it's very humid nine months of the year..

I hate it when it gets into the high 30's here...



My biggest problem with that kind of heat, is a sweaty ass...  Nobody likes a sweaty ass, but how can you minimize that in high temps?



Chapped and chaffed asses is not how people were meant to live.



North Western Europe is where us White people should have stayed...  We now pay the price.
