Does anyone else here drink themselves to sleep here?

I do.  I am on a path of certain destruction, but I do what I do.



I will destroy myself eventually, but there is no other choice.  I have no recourse.

Sometimes I do when my insomnia gets the best of me,rather pass out drunk for a couple then feel like a zombie  all day

I like to quit drinking at least two hours before bed. Otherwise, I will be up every thirty minutes taking a piss.

I just will drink Kava root tea, diffuse some oil blends that help relax us. Keep lights dim.



 I have a Dr Teals night time bathsoak with melatonin that works at least on a placebo level.



 Believe me when I say crutching with substances is understandable, but a very bad way to cope or help yourself with anything.

Sometimes I drink to fall asleep.



Usually it's just a glass of White or Sparklng wine.



Nothin to get drunk Jes to relax.



Drink like a European I say.



Dim the lights & listen to some calming music that reminds me of a faraway past....
