I dont even know what a donair is lol.

Donair (Doner kebab) is probably more familiar to Canadians.

The Gyro (Greek version of Donair) would most likely be the version you'd find there, but also exists here too.

I've heard of a gyro, but never had one, aint that like a sammich?

And a kebab to me is a stick with meats and veggies on it, grilled lol.
I've come here to chew bubble gum, and kick ass. And I'm all out of bubblegum.

All of our premium souva joints have huge beds of charcoal roasting quality lamb steaks stacked on spits...

Pretty much this.  Donairs and Gyros are essentially the same thing, the former being of Turkish origins, and the latter Greek.  While Donairs are easily found here, an authentic Greek restaurant would instead sell Gyros.  I think all Gyros contain lamb (or are supposed to), but I'm not sure all Donairs do as lamb is more expensive than beef, pork, chicken...

Anytime I have nothing to do I head down to the local Donair shop and try to accurately count the flies on that spinning glob of meat in the window. It's hard!

Yes, and just like the rollerdogs at the 7-11 counter, only the owner/employee truly knows how many weeks that blob of mystery meat has been spinning for!  It's probably safer to get a Gyro from an authentic Greek restaurant if one is into food like this...

Doesn't matter.  Overnight everything gets turned off.  Any sources of heat, the refrigeration, and all other parasitic losses that cost.  White people won't even know the difference anyhow if their Kebab wasn't stored, handled, or prepared properly.  Profit margins are thin, and you'll eat what you get.

You seem to be a man of good taste.  Are the drug references something you're personally battling with?
