It's on Marine Parade and faces the ocean... But the address is 2 Salvado so it must be on a corner



Next thing I feature on that street will be the half house with an interesting story.

That would be a nice little weekend home for my girlfriend and I. A bit small though.

OK, so here is story but probably not all of it and maybe I'll fail explaining it but I'll try.



Two brothers inherited their parents property on one of the most prized strips of land in Perth WA, Marine Parade Cottesloe.



The bothers did not want to leave the area and one brother wouldn't sell the house and share the money, he wanted the house to remain...



So they decided to halve the house, one brother got the original side, and other pulled down the house on his side and built fresh new one on the other half...lol



This is the result. Location, location, location.
