Concerns Surrounding 2020 Election 'Merit Serious Investigation': Former NSC Official



As the results of the current presidential election drag out there are enough anomalies found in it "to merit a serious investigation," according to Rich Higgins, former director for strategic planning at the National Security Council (NSC).



Among concerns surrounding the election are "Twitter anomalies, the votes showing up in the middle of the night, the counts that go on forever," Higgins said in a recent interview on The Epoch Times' Crossroads program.

A lawsuit in Pennsylvania will challenge the mail-in ballots that have been counted without Republican poll watchers onsite.



Rudy Giuliani, Trump's attorney announced Saturday the lawsuit during a press conference in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, with several Republican poll watchers who were prevented from entering the poll sites or the rights of poll-watching were blocked.



A federal lawsuit will be filed on Monday in Pennsylvania and more expected in other states.

According to David Shafer, the chairman of the Georgia Republican Party, Fulton county workers told Republican observers to go home late on Tuesday "because they were closing up and then continued to count ballots in secret."



These type of irregularities need to be investigated.

Former president GW Bush and senator Mitt Romney have encouraged Trump to pursue legal action.



South Dakota Gov. Kristi Noem, a Republican, on Nov. 8 strongly defended Trump's claim of "illegal votes" being cast in favor of Biden. She told ABC News that "people have signed legal documents" and said they saw "illegal activities."



She said Americans "need to know at least America still functions and we are about doing things right."

No state should even consider certifying results until incidents like this are investigated.



Whistleblower Saw People in Biden Van Opening, Filling, and Sealing Nevada Ballots



The Trump campaign on Sunday described a sworn affidavit from a whistleblower in Nevada who alleges to have witnessed people inside a Biden-Harris van opening, filling out, and resealing mail ballots.



The whistleblower, who the campaign did not identify, witnessed the alleged incident while on lunch break. He said the people inside the van were using letter openers to open the ballot envelopes. Once the people became aware they were being watched, they formed a human shield around the van to purportedly cover up the activity.



The Biden campaign did not respond to a request for comment.



Trump campaign representative Matt Schlapp detailed the allegation during a press conference in Las Vegas on Sunday. Schlapp described other instances of potential fraud, including 9,000 ballots cast by people who have moved out of the state, two examples of ballots cast using the identities of dead people, and voter registrations issued to minors under the age of 18.

They should investigate, especially in Pennsylvania where I believe Trump won. But, in the end Biden still wins. Even if flipped the state, Biden still gets over 270 electoral votes.
