The problem isn't whether or not a country has rare earth metals. but whether or not a country can REFINE rare earth metals.
The chinese don't give a shit and have no problem dumping radioactive sludge all over the place.https://e360.yale.edu/features/china-wrestles-with-the-toxic-aftermath-of-rare-earth-mining"> https://e360.yale.edu/features/china-wr ... rth-mining">https://e360.yale.edu/features/china-wrestles-with-the-toxic-aftermath-of-rare-earth-mining
And those issues are quickly being resolved and china went from having 93% of Rare earth metal production down to just 70%.
As it stands right now, yeah they will dominate the market and big companies will just continue to send this stuff to china anyways, becauase they would rather have chinese people asemble them for pennies on the dollar.

Look you whiners, it's not China or any other foreign country's responsibility to look out for your economic, environmental and energy security interests. it's not China's fault you keep electing governments lead by the sorry likes of True Dope and Hidin Biden.
