I go way back to enjoying and experiencing  the wildest of them all, old DV  ... before registration even .. absolutely wild, but it contained a great number of smart and good people who dominated posting numbers .. so I know what to expect from forumers and how to assess their benefit towards making good forums



I had been there a very long time and chose to leave because an OK place  has become a shitpile  .. dominated by the very worst of the worst



There has always been a lot of good people / posters there & to some extent still is



Despite some good people "over there", I watched what once was an interesting place slowly become more and more dominated by ... the worst ... the most obsessed .. the stupidest players in all of forumville .. to a point where it became intolerable
