All trolling aside, imagine being Edweird's parent...Knowing that your child needs psychologically help and not taking it serious enough to prevent said child from harming or "disrupting" others, is a supreme act of parental irresponsibility. You gotta wonder what goes through the head of a parent like that...Is it just inexcusable denial or just a feeling of frustration and helplessness?...Either way it must be like a weight bearing down on you psychologically every day of your life...Unless you're a totally oblivious moron,  it must feel pretty shitty.
