Think I'm gonna have trouble deciding what I'll have for dinner tonight.  ac_cool

Me too, personally I would like some Chinese for dessert  ac_razz  lol

Lol, Chinese dessert isn't that rich in taste or elegant in flavors imo, I guess that bubble rice like milk pudding is the only one worth eating.

If ya don't mind me asking Blaze, are you one of those White ppl that believe China town food is authentic Chinese cuisine?  I heard on the news a lot of White folks that are traveling in China feel homesick b/c they miss those China town food.  And then some White guy started this China town style restaurant in China, on like the first day all the White folks flooded the place.

I got befriended by two Chinese guys in the 90's at work. One from the far North and one from the Deep South.  They were trying to teach me two dialects at the the same time, but they fought all of the time....despite being good friends.

They'd make authentic stuff for me when I visited them but never in the kitchen... they had cooking sheds out back of their homes. It was good food but even they went to Yum Cha restaurants for a treat like the rest of us.

At least you're one of the smarter White folks that don't buy into the China town scam.  Lol cooking sheds, sounds a bit extreme, but probably one of the most practical way to avoid getting the kitchen cabinets all greasy from frying with the wok all day.

I like White folks, but it's always funny how they feel entitled to decided what other people can eat and what not to eat, lol.

You see some of the garbage whites eat. Pot meet fucking kettle.

Now that reminds me of that US Southerner food rating cuisine list someone had posted, think it was Kiebers, or was it Blaze that uploaded that pic.  Every time I look at that list the side of my head starts to sweat, lol.

Southern food is fattening,

I notice in most countries, people in the north tends to hunt more while southerners enjoy frying most of their food.  ac_umm

Asian house kitchens here are mostly for making toast, boiling water, and looking impressive and tidy (howmanysquare!? Howmanysquare!?)  ac_biggrin

The real food preparation happens elsewhere...

A shed or rear patio area...

Is that why I only weigh 160lbs lol?

You are not eating huge portions of deep fried everything every day.

 :blush2:

Lol, nah, dinner is my only unhealthy meal, if that. Lunch most days is a turkey sammich on whole grain, with a small salad with vinaigrette. Summer time most my dinners are grilled. I prolly have fried once a week.

I know all y'all give me hell about sweets lol, Im not that bad, but its true that down South we like our desserts. If you go to a family reunion, you can bet 3 tables will have food, and 1 table will be dedicated to sweets lol.
I've come here to chew bubble gum, and kick ass. And I'm all out of bubblegum.

Not here. Lot of hunting here. North of here they protect deer in sanctuaries lol. Where Im at, and more South, I would say a lot folks fish. Then ya got a lot folks with land, that raise their own food, cows, pigs, chickens. We do love fried though lol. My favorite method of cooking is over an open fire, but I dont get to do that as often as I'd like.

It's egg Friday here.

Despite not ordering any mince (hamburger) or eggs for the delivery, we received a kilo of mince and two dozen eggs, plus a bag of fresh grated parmesan cheese.

It's quiche/omelette time...
Blahhhhhh...

I sit on eggs in my spare time. I fart all over them.

After I am done sniffing them I make a quiche.

Lol my mom is the same, she condemns frying in the kitchen since she's paranoid about making the cabinet all greasy and would love her cooking shed, but too bad this will be hard during the winter seasons here.

Camping in a open fire is my favorite too, nothing beats slowly cooked food with a smoky flavor along with some nice seasoning and quality Korean bbq sauce.

I remember the last time cook at a fire pit was like almost 15-20 years ago, makes me wanna take out my dust collecting charcoal bbq grill just to experience it again.  ac_cool

Yeah....

It generally doesn't get below zero here during meal preparation times.

Got invited to a mixed Asian gamer party a few years ago, walked in, saw the gay home owner frying up batches of Vietnamese styled tempura chicken, and I yelled out, "you heathen! To the shed! To the shed!", and he was so embarrassed about the ensuing laughter, his blushing was noticeable...
