Conspiracists believe countries will be taken over by military force ... most figure to be lead by UN and the elimination of  countries per se OR at the very least a takeover using the military



To conspiracists, this "highway takeoff of a military war plane" represents a step towards that goal



This fear has been going on for many decades and drives conspiracists / supremacist followers .. McVeigh being a classic of that driver



This military aircraft operating on public land represents a preliminary "test" and further confirms the overall conspiracy theory  to believers
