President Vladimir Putin's conscription order is not going over well in Russia. Until now, Putin's policy of maintaining a "business as usual" facade during the war was generally working. There were few protests and certainly no mass uprisings.



The order calling up 300,000 men — and possibly more — has changed that.



How desperate are young Russian men to avoid the draft? Newsweek reports that a trending search online has been "как сломать руку в домашних условиях," or "how to break an arm at home." After Putin's speech announcing conscription, search requests for that term skyrocketed.



No one expects thousands of young men to injure themselves deliberately. But leaving the country has become an epidemic. Young Russians are fleeing the country. One-way airplane tickets out of Russia have sold out. Anti-draft protesters are taken to enlistment centers and ordered to join the military. And everywhere, there is fear.



"Everyone is very scared now," a young man identified as "Danil," told the Financial Times.. "If you could find a way to ignore it before, now there's no way."

European countries are blocking Russian men fleeing conscription from entering their countries. They didn't block Syrian men, or any other Middle Eastern men who claimed they were Syrian from entering and claiming welfare.

There are reports of British troops on the streets of London now in the early hours of the morning and various other rare sightings of troops, convoys, or movements in China, Russia, and elsewhere. The garbage MSM is trying their best to ignore these happenings.



I suspect world war is fully underway and we'll be told officially when it can no longer be glossed over.

Russia will announce the annexation of four regions of Ukraine in the coming days..



They represent about fifteen per cent of Ukraine's territory or about the size of Portugal or New Brunswick.

The referendums have already passed. Eastern Ukrainians overwhelmingly voted to return to Russia, and who can blame them....

The U.S. Embassy in Moscow has urged all Americans in Russia to flee the nation following President Vladimir Putin's "partial mobilization" decree last week.



"Russia may refuse to acknowledge dual nationals' U.S. citizenship, deny their access to U.S. consular assistance, prevent their departure from Russia, and conscript dual nationals for military service," the embassy warned Tuesday.



The embassy warned that the ability to leave Russia has already become increasingly difficult with limited commercial flights and crowded border check points.



"Those residing or traveling in Russia should depart Russia immediately while limited commercial travel options remain," the statement released by the embassy added.
