The best thing to do to him is openly goderate the hell out of his posts. Delete the memes and replace them with something like "I'ma queer sailor boy!" and then brag about doing it.  Repeat until he gets tired or if he doesnt just ban him altogether. I'd never directly engage him in civility or conversation though, its a waste of time.
