Carpet Snake aka python. They can get quite large.



A person who lives at my place and is from Nepal has refused to return for days. I tried to explain to her that they're just like bloated cows.... no danger.

It is an 8R 280. It is four hundred grand used. I do not really take pics like you do when I am working. I guess I could if I remember.

There are presently wildfires everywhere in Alberta. The smoke you see in the background is from Strathcona County. These fires are about 50 kms away.

There are Peafowl in my yard.  I don't know what they're doing here, or what their purpose is, but these things can be very noisy...

I think they're like the Wild Turkey's here.  They're not native to here, but seem to be able to thrive in the region.  They're a pretty bird, but Christ can they make noise...

Yeah probably. The climate in the Koots is moderate enough for them to thrive.

There's a rumour, that since Alberta Injuns are often hired to help fight the bush fires due to 'employment equity' hiring practices, that they're the ones going around starting the fires so they can starting cashing big cheques...
