Could just be a pulled muscle but if it lasts more than 3 or 4 days better get it checked out.

Most common is an overstretched tendon or something... could be an allergic reaction to medication but you should go to the hospital to be 100% sure it isn't your heart.

I agrree with eveyone elae who has posted. If the pain persists another day or two, go to a hospital.
