I vote to keep it open in Erica's sub. Hopefully she isn't inundated with those that choose to continually shirk her rules. It does provide a loophole. Time will certainly tell.

The practical problem with this is that I wouldn't act on any post that isn't a clear violation of the TOS or rules.  And if his posts were merely garbage,  I'd want to move them to rejected.  That won't work if guest posting isn't allowed in rejected.

Seems to me if one individual is the problem, that's whose posting privileges should be restricted.  Certainly not all guest posts are bad.  Perhaps a good compromise would be to continue allowing guest posting in both subs, and require mod approval at night.
