I don't care what the rules are in Saskatchewan. If I see a nice plump doe, she is going into my deep freezer.

I assume in the north it's either frowned upon or banned completely, but in the more westernised south it's widely accepted.

Dunno. I'm not fluent in Korean. It's a liberal democracy like Canada. I read Seoul and Pusan have pride parades.
