I follow this YouTube channel by a former inmate named Jessica Kent.

The disturbing part of her channel is how prison life is portrayed as a 'New Normal' in the United States as if it has become America's new social welfare system.

The United States has the highest incarceration rate in the world. The USA has 25% of the world's female prison population. More than China India and Russia combined.

Joe shes not normalizing prison life, shes a former inmate now inmate advocate who is trying to educate people on the prison system and what it's like. This woman went to prison pregnant, gave birth tied down to a bed and couldnt even hold her own baby before they were sending her back to prison.

She got out, got her life togther and got her daughter back and went into criminal justice and seeks to educate and foster change.

I watch Jessica Kent, I like her content. All shes doing is answering questions she is asked.

Maybe its putting you off because you arent used to seeing the prison issue humanized?
My happiness is all of your misery. I put good dick all in my kidneys.

Well it disturbs me Dove because there are too many people in prison in your country.

Many shouldn't be there if they are Non Violent.

The state should seek alternative sentencing methods.

For example one woman in San Diego went to prison for a long term for fraud & cheating investors. I dont believe such individuals need to be sentenced to hardcore prisons because she did not commit a violent crime.

Another was an Olympic sprinter who went to prison for lying about steroid use  Otherwise she didnt harm anyone mentally or phsyically. Probation qould be better.

See but you dont want us to have the president who actually began criminal justice reform bills and passed the First Step Act

You want to see us have politicians who are praised by the mainstream who also do the right things and serve the interests of the people. That's never going to happen.

We have the party of the crime bill and war on drugs in charge and they seem to be easier for people to like because they talk nice and dont rock the apple cart.

So yeah. I mean I hear you.....I voted for better but Americans evidently dont want better.  They voted to keep prisons as they are except now women are being forced to share cells with rapist and violent men who identify as women.  I didn't vote for that.

I voted for reforms. So I dont know what to tell you. You also dont want Trump to run and he is so far the only one who started tackling this with reform bills.
My happiness is all of your misery. I put good dick all in my kidneys.

Meh, I imagine most yanks on sober reflection would have liked better, but they were getting boiled like frogs in a pot at the behest of that mainstream. consequently, they voted against their interests. And of course there was the whole rigging thing that we're not allowed to talk about openly in places like YouTurd and Twatter.

And remembering where I am, i will refrain from going indepth on the topic here. At least in this subforum.

I will simply observe the hint of blackpilling in your reply Dove, and invite you to the Styxhexenhammer and Sleazy P Martini coverage on election night. It's shaping up to be a total blast and Rumble and Odysee are your best bets to catch the ensuing mayhem. i hear a few clankings are being organised to get TYT's Chunk Yoghurt bellowing like a moose in heat - if nothing else I can all but guarantee you and yours will walk away from the carnage with smiles on your faces.

I agree, josephine. Bitch should have been executed!

For profit prisons are bullshit... we should be offering people/human beings' post-secondary education and the skilled trades so people can thrive on the outside.... since we all screw up and make mistakes.... everyone deserves a second chance and remember the only prison we have is in our own minds.

I've snorted a little bit of that black pill, glad you notice lol. I'm not far off from banging a few grams of it either depending on how midterms go.

Yep I actually already watch Styxhexenhammer. I havent heard of Sleazy P Martini, but I'll check it. I've noticed you posted Jimmy Dore and Rageaholic and I watch both of them as well so I trust your recommendations

I love watching TYTs get humiliated. They are such vile propagandists. Anything that rubs their faces in their stupidity makes me smile and restores my hope when it's running thin lol.

I've been watching a lot of Matt Walsh recently as well because he is kicking the hornets nest in a very real and impactful way regarding the Queer/trans cult and the vast amounts of damage that is doing. From trending children and medically abusing minors to harming women and girls by stripping our protections.  Slightly Twisted Female is another one I watch who covers that shit show.

I'll definately check out the P Sleazy one. Thanks!

Lets just appreciate the fact that happened in CA.

I like how everyone was wailing and whining about the dumb ass who smuggled weed cartridges into Russia because weed shouldnt be such a harsh sentence. While ignore the poor bastards right here in our democrat state prisons who really are just serving time over some stupid weed. That is even legal now on top of it.

I swear people dont give a single fuck about anything until the media tells them to give a fuck. And their fuck isnt a even a genuine fuck. It's a reflex fuck lol. Fake, partisan hacky fucks.

So the squeaky wheels are the only ones who get the grease? Right after said squeaky wheels get impounded upon causing societal carnage, while the law abiding (and in some case, victims) are forced to contribute for the upkeep and now upskilling of these stellar examples of human beings?

Nah, fuck that. People on the outside are racking up debt trying to climb out of their own holes made or forced on them from dodgy governance, fiscal policies, and ill treatment of different subsections in a racially charged modern existence..

Nothing is free. Somebody is always having to pick up the bill for free shit. What kind of message are we sending to the incarcerated when their behaviour gets rewarded with three squares a day and a free vocational or university accreditation?

Fuck that very much.

If the incarcerated desire rehabilitation, they should pay with it by additional years on their sentences done in public works boot camps/work gangs. They must do the work they agreed to for a set period of time while maintaining at least a C average in the their assessments or studies. While their liberties should be expanded, dependent on their performance, there should also be independent checks and balances to ensure they can't abuse the system or BE abused by it from profit prison corps....

At the end of their journeys.... assuming all boxes were faithfully and with earnest intentions ticked, their records should be expunged or they can be given a designation beyond reproach for civil life and work/societal standing...
Blahhhhhh...

Not everyone deserves a second chance.  While I agree that many of us make mistakes, especially when younger, these mistakes are generally minor in nature, and typically require little punishment to correct.

On the other hand, very bad people are amongst us also.  Having parents that were RCMP allowed me to have a better understanding than perhaps the average folk.  Some people do not deserve to live, and they are lucky that they get to spend the rest of their lives in a prison cell.  If I was in charge, they'd be executed the minute their guilt was 100% confirmed.

 I agree with this.

I also want to see the violent and perverse ....those whom committed heinous crimes against another, like child rapists and brutal murderers, be put to death. People like Chris Watts and Peter Scully.
