The Trump indictment seems to be uniting Republicans.

Trump says he's up in the polls and his fundraising is "through the roof" in the wake of his indictment on 37 counts related to his handling of classified documents.

We shall see. Whatever one thinks of Trudeau, he is the ultimate comeback kid.

26% of 2021 Liberal Voters Will Switch To Another Party in 2025

It's old news these days that Prime Minister Justin Trudeau's Liberal is trailing in the polls to Pierre Poilievre Conservative Party, but what new polling has revealed is the extent to which Trudeau's personal unpopularity and his government scandals are gutting internal party confidence.

As of 2023, the Liberal Party could be losing a massive chunk of their 2021 turnout, which already was not that great, to other parties, and what should be most worrying to Trudeau, he's losing a significant chunk of his vote to the Conservatives.

According to Angus Reid, in a poll of 1,073 2021 Liberal Party voters 5 percent have decided to vote Conservative next election, 6 percent have decided to vote for another party but don't yet know which one, a massive 15 percent will vote NDP, and 7 percent still doesn't know if it will vote Liberal again or another party.

This leaves only 67 percent of 2021 Liberal voters polled who said they will still be supporting the Liberal Party come the next election.

Although the biggest route of voters is going towards the NDP, the 5 percent loss to the Conservatives and the potential increase of that loss in the undecided 6 percent looking for a new party to support could flip a large number of seats blue in battleground provinces like Ontario, BC, and some of the Maritime provinces.

It's no surprise. Presidents enjoy the right of declassification of documents... except Trump? Presidents can take documents with them on retirement day... except Trump? Shit, they're even turni ng a blind eye to non-presidents taking home documents now....

But Trump doing it... we are expected to hold him to a higher standard.

That's the logical argument for his increase in populatity. Strangely, while I agree wholeheartedly that it should be the reason why people would dig their heels in for him, I don't necessarily think it is the reason.

Cast your mind back to Bill Clinton and Monica Lewinsky. What happened when he was impeached?

The same thing that happened when Donald Trump got impeached, amirite? A popularity boost. People rooting for the guy getting monstered by the establishment. And these clowns are desperately throwing every invented charge they can at the guy... what do they think the result is going to be?

Pack of fucking dickheads, I swear.
Her fucking fupa looked like a pair of ass cheeks... like someone naked ran into her head first and got stuck. She was like "come eat me out" and I was like "nah I think I'll go snort some anthrax and light myself on fire instead"

Trump's indictment is pure politics and a distractiion from the walls closing in on the Biden crime family.

Rep. Nancy Mace, R-S.C., told Fox News Digital after her review of the FD-1023 document, which the FBI on Thursday allowed the full committee to review, that there is "damning evidence the sitting president of the United States sold out his country in an ongoing bribery scheme."

"The American people and media deserve to see the evidence. We should follow the facts," she said.

House Oversight Committee Chairman James Comer, R-Ky., and Sen. Chuck Grassley, R-Iowa, were first approached by a whistleblower who said the FBI was in possession of a document – an FD-1023 form dated June 30, 2020 – that explicitly detailed information provided by a confidential human source who alleged that Biden, while serving as vice president, was involved in a $5 million criminal bribery scheme with a foreign national in exchange for influence over policy decisions.

Ron DeSantis brought his campaign to Oklahoma this weekend where he picked up fellow Republican Gov. Kevin Stitt's endorsement and told voters his plan to turn the country around.

Stitt compared DeSantis's administration to his own work in Oklahoma. He said both states resisted mask mandates, both are pro-life, and both oppose the policies of the Biden administration.

"I 100 percent endorse Ron DeSantis," he told the gathering on June 10.

DeSantis told an overflow Tulsa crowd that America is in decline by its leaders' choices. He said he would use the policies implemented in Florida to turn the country around.

"Our great American comeback will begin when we send Joe Biden back to his basement in Delaware," DeSantis told the crowd. "I know it can be done because I did it in Florida."

Interesting theory.  Biden admin wants to black mail Trump with "trumped up charges" in order to make a deal for him agreeing to drop out of 2024 in exchange for dropping the politically motivated charges.

">

I would expect Biden to also pardon himself, his families, and the corrupt Democrats who weaponized government agencies.  That gives Biden cover by bundling everything together for his benefit.  Personally, I want Trump to fight it, he would probably get convicted but have it over turned by the Supreme Court.  I want the Supreme Court to rule on all this in order to prevent Dems from doing this 3rd world shit again in the future.  If Trump goes to jail, well, I don't really care about him and prefer DeSantis anyway.

Republican presidential candidate Vivek Ramaswamy called out the media on Sunday for not asking what he believes are pertinent questions about special counsel Jack Smith's investigation.

On CNN's "State of the Union," Ramaswamy voiced strong disagreement with Smith's indictment of former President Donald Trump. He called the investigation "deeply politicized" and described it as "selective prosecution." Ramaswamy, a graduate of Yale Law School, said he believes the case "reeks of politicization."

The stench highlights two critical questions Ramaswamy believes the media should be asking: "What did Biden tell [Attorney General Merrick] Garland? What did Garland tell Jack Smith?"

After denouncing the the levels of separation as only a "fig leaf," Ramaswamy tore into the media for not asking the critical questions.

"With due respect, I think it is shameful that I, as a competitor to President Trump in this race, have to ask questions that the media isn't asking," he pointed out. "The job of the political media, if it has one job, is to hold the U.S. government accountable.

"Instead, you're seeing the media doing the bidding of the U.S. government," he continued. "Ask the question. Get to the bottom of what Biden told Garland and what Garland told Jack Smith."

The real crime here is the sheer volume of climate and carbon regulation that results in a near-constant extraction of cash from citizens under the haze of 'saving the world.'

https://www.spectator.com.au/2023/06/trudeaus-nasty-plan-to-fight-fire-with-carbon-taxes/">https://www.spectator.com.au/2023/06/tr ... bon-taxes/">https://www.spectator.com.au/2023/06/trudeaus-nasty-plan-to-fight-fire-with-carbon-taxes/

Canadian Prime Minister Justin Trudeau may not be a particularly moral creature, but he is smart. Having watched part of Canada catch fire and burn for six weeks – no doubt largely at the hands of arsonists – he swiftly blamed the situation on 'climate change' and proposed an extension of the carbon tax to 'fix it'.

The nation's long-established carbon tax system hasn't stopped the fires from happening, hasn't stopped the (normal) drought cycle, and hasn't stopped the build up of flammable material within the nation's sprawling forests. Science demands a testable relationship between cause and effect, which is something governments avoid at all costs when it comes to mysteriously ineffectual carbon taxes.

'We're seeing more and more of these fires because of climate change. These fires are affecting everyday routines, lives, and livelihoods, and our air quality,' said Justin Trudeau.

Back in the real world, a combination of national park mismanagement by misguided environmental advice and thrill-seeking arsonists appear to be causing the bulk of the problem – the same is true in California and other countries, particularly Australia. In 2022, fires in Alberta resulted in charges being laid. In one case, a woman was suspected of lighting 32 fires in one region. Back home, who can forget the Black Hawk helicopter chasing a suspected arsonist through the Australian Royal National Park after weeks of the press calling arson 'fake news' and social media giants banning anyone who reported it.

If Trudeau proposed a default life sentence for arson, Canada would probably make a miraculous recovery from the so-called 'climate crisis'.

Admitting that many of these fires are man-made by green-eyed negligence damages the credentials of administrations like Trudeau's government that require the constant flames of fear to rise up and scare inexperienced city-dwelling citizens into paying extortionate taxes.

Failing in their basic duty, the press never manage to assault ministers with awkward truths, such as the planet's highest carbon levels leading to a warm, wet, Eden-esque expanse of rainforests that laid down the coal and oil we harvest today. Nor have they asked why government departments are not required to provide detail on how making Canadians poorer will change the global temperature. When was the last time you saw Trudeau asked about outsourced carbon emissions spewing from Chinese factories in service of his solar panels and wind turbines?

We live under one sky, but Trudeau is making Canadians pay for the sins of others just as Anthony Albanese intends to make Australians pay for his virtue on the international stage. If either of these men truly believed in their rhetoric, they could give up their globe-trekking lifestyles and have more impact on the 'climate' than the entire raft of carbon taxes put forward by greedy governments drunk on the power of apocalypse.

The planned indictment of former President Donald Trump for "mishandling national secrets" is the natural next phase of the prog establishment's arrogance and corruption.

The left has been desperately trying to stop Trump since he announced his candidacy in 2015 (recall the made-up Trump Tower–Moscow scandal, the phony Russia–Trump collusion scandal, the made-for-TV impeachment effort, etc.).

The constant attacks have only eroded Americans' trust in government institutions—which is a far bigger problem than the left's hatred of Trump. There are several other indictments that should have been announced to reestablish the integrity of the rule of law.

First, corrupt FBI agents such as those identified in the Durham Report should have already been indicted for extraordinary violations of their oaths of office. They lied to FISA court judges. They deliberately pursued a case they knew was based on a lie. They leaked knowingly phony information to the prog media to further undermine Trump—first as a candidate and then as the President of the United States. They should all face legal consequences.

Over the weekend, a group of Navajo Nation citizens protested a new oil leasing ban by forming a road blockade that shut down a Biden administration event.

Interior Secretary Deb Haaland on June 2 placed a ban on oil, gas, and mineral-leasing within 10 miles of Chaco Canyon, located in Chaco Culture National Historical Park in New Mexico.

The ban is set to remain in effect for 20 years, despite pushback from the Navajo community, which argued that the prohibition would negatively impact low-income residents who depend financially on land leases.

Within the 10-mile buffer zone, 53 allotments generate $6.2 million a year in royalties for more than 5,000 Navajo citizens. Another 418 allotments within the buffer zone are not leased.

The Navajo members are estimated to lose $194 million as a result of the ban, according to the Western Energy Alliance.

Navajo Nation President Buu Nygren stated that many individuals in the area lease their land to fossil fuel companies. The government awarded land allotments to the Navajo citizens in the 1900s as a consolation for the downsizing of the tribe's territory.
