Last week, the Department of Justice (DOJ) indicted Trump on dozens of charges in connection with whether he allegedly mishandled classified documents. Trump has repeatedly proclaimed his innocence and recently said he would not drop out of the 2024 race no matter what.
"The problem is, he's got to run the table—he's 76 years old," Turley told Fox News over the weekend. "All the government has to do is stick the landing on one count, and he could have a terminal sentence. You're talking about crimes that have a 10- or 20-year period as a maximum."
I saw Sean Hannity interview Gavin Newsom. His regime is poison for the middle class, but can he spin the facts. No jobs created under Trump and Biden has created more jobs than any other president and secured the border.
As a life long Californian I can conclusively say Newsom always lies and he always makes life worse for regular people. He is also corrupt as well.
George Washington University professor and Fox News contributor Jonathan Turley said that if the federal government proves just one count against former President Donald Trump, it could be a "terminal sentence" for him.

BTW the FBI has 17 tapes of Joe and Hunter talking to the CEO of the Ulrainian state oil company talking about bribes in exchange for protecting the CEO from a criminal probe in Ukraine by threatening to with hold U.S. foreign aids payments. Hunter was a raging drug addict at this time, no experience managing companies, no experience in the oil industry, but still got the $1 million a year board seat which only required him to video attend one, one hour long, meeting once per month. The CEO of the oil company taped the bribe negotiations as blackmail material.
BTW the FBI has had these tapes since 2015 but was hiding them either to protect Biden or so that they could use them to blackmail Biden themselves.

In a Wednesday letter obtained by the network, the Office of Special Counsel accused the press secretary of violating a law prohibiting federal employees from using their official capacity to influence elections.
According to the group, Jean-Pierre broke the policy when she made disparaging comments about conservatives, including repeatedly referring to them as "mega MAGA Republicans" during press briefings.
Ana Galindo-Marrone, the head of the government watchdog's Hatch Act Unit, wrote in last week's letter, "Because Ms. Jean‐Pierre made the statements while acting in her official capacity, she violated the Hatch Act prohibition against using her official authority or influence for the purpose of interfering with or affecting the result of an election."
