The problem is Americans spread it like thick peanut butter on their toast, which is not the way to have it unless you're a die-hard Vegemite eater.



Just a dab spread very sparsely across the buttered toast is the way.



Add mashed avocado on top for an extra treat.

It puts hair on your ballz. Marmite is even better...not the Kiwi brand but the UK stuff. It's called Our Mate in Australia...

Not at all. The Sanatarium brand of Marmite somehow managed to get in before the much older UK export, so the name was changed to keep it on the shelves, Our Mate.



Our Mate has a better taste and consistency over Vegemite in my opinion. I think most people come unstuck when they put too much on toast. Less is moAR!
