I've spent considerable time in the Atacama Desert and driven nearly through the bowels of Australia where you couldn't make it without an aftermarket fuel tank (double sized). I'm assuming you meant 300 miles and not 300 metres.



I've been in places where there is no light or any noise pollution at night and it's the best sleep ever... even on the ground with no mattress. Everything goes dead silent after a point when it's pitch black (can't see your hand in front of your face). They go quiet because nocturnal predators don't need light. You go to bed and wake up like 4-6 hours later feeling like a million dollars even if you slept on uneven ground.



I love it. It makes me feel 30 years younger. Any aches or pains disappear. I can drink more than 2 cups of coffee without reflux. I'm just aimlessly happy. I hope you find similar experiences.

i did a 20 mile stretch on the appalachian trail, with my dog lol. it took us 4 days xd. nights were spooky
