City Heights bills itself as "San Diego's most diverse neighborhood".  Which means it is pretty much a shit hole at least as far as shit holes go around here.  In fact growing up people would call it "shitty heights".  So last night they had someone (who police refuse to release a description of) use a sword to stab and scalpel a 63 year old woman who was, apparently, out for a 2alk in the park at 1:30am.   Weird shit.
