I can think of a multitude of crimes for which people should be executed. I wont even waste the time listing all the murders. ANY time a teacher is sexually active with anyone 14yo or under 1000%. People who have been caught torturing and dismembering animals alive...NOT because I GAF about the animals but because these types of people have been proven to be a danger to the public. And of course, faggits.

Murder I WOULDNT even put people in prison for is if you caught your spouse cheating on you and you killed em both.

I think it is very rare and always has been. We are doing a better job of outing the tiny minority of teachers that should not be around kids.
