I've been poking around the internet for a long time, as you all probably have and I still have no clue what motivates a person like that. I can only believe that it stems from an extreme need for negative attention born of crippling insecurity and self-hate. That's the only way my mind can rationalize that kind of behavior.

Joe is one of those weirdoes that enjoy getting the usual players all riled up. He gets pleasure from others getting agitated over his idiotic statements and questions. It's almost like he wants to be called a jackass because it excites him.
