Will the US & Canadian Housing Market break in 2024?

...Is there gonna be a fairly sizeable housing correction in both countries?

Usu, the reasoning goes that as the economy goes down, housing is the last sector to break because people will hang on to it longest. But when they no longer can, then the floodgates open, listings appear and prices finally drop.

Anyways, I was jes wondering.

Maybe others have a different take/opinion on it.
