Judge's illegal immigrant gun ruling throws 'grenade' into crime fight: former federal agent

Scott Sweetow, a 30-year veteran of the Bureau of Alcohol, Firearms, Tobacco and Explosives, told Fox News a judge's finding that illegal immigrants have Second Amendment rights is "hugely problematic."

This is simply another effort by democRATs to undermine the 2A. How, mexcrement gets guns in a newly declared "legal" way and the people are supposed to clamor for the repeal of the 2A.

BTW, I recall people arguing with me that Constitutional Rights apply to non citizens. They do not, STILL. If you still believe they do, anyone here regardless of status should be able to buy guns.
