Of course he's not going to endorse Trump. Duh. Terri Schiavo after an evening of ludes and DMT could have told us that. After Trump eviscerated the guy for not agreeing that he had the power to decertify an election?

and I might add... I always maintained that I supported Pence's decision to ride against that train. It is absolutely ludicrous to even suggest the constitution would grant the second in command of the govrening administration to affect the outcome of an election. No matter how much of a transparent farce it was. That was for the judicial branch to decide. So Trump was an egghead on that one.

Pence did the right thing in that case and, yes, the Supreme Court would have been the appropriate place to make a decision.

Just imagine putting all of these winding controls, intricate systems of government, separations of powers etc etc only to leave the ability to circumvent the outcome of an election in the hands of the number 2 guy in power.
