 Shit if the US had Trump during 9/11.....it would have gone down SO much differently.  Less civilian deaths and everything.

A peaceful nuclear research program usually doesn't require underground facilities that are supposedly built to withstand bombs.  Just saying.

Unless other countries are consistently (and believably) threatening to attack the facilities as well as the nation in which they exist. Ignoring those threats would have been very stupid, especially given the reputations of the countries ("israel" and 'Murica) making the threats.

The current hostilities prove that taking those threats seriously was the best course of action.

Even after it's been admitted that the leadership strikes were planned many months in advance and they used the cover of earnest negotiations and Rubio coming on Monday to surprise attack?

Yeah nah. The mark of a nation isn't just how you treat your allies but your detractors. The Trump admin just advertised to the world that the US and the hand up its arse (Israel), can never be trusted again.

The end never justifies the means... China and Russia will never have one iota of trust in the US again. This will later be described as the start of the hot war portion of WW3.
