I had an argument just today with some libtard in my area who attempted to assert to me that Trump is engaged in an illegal war and is committing war crimes by bombing Iran

His position is that he needed congressional approval because only congress can declare war. WHat do you think his answer was when I informed him that this is a Military Action, not a declaration of war and a president is well within his legal authority to conduct such actions if he perceives a threat to the U.S interests domestic or abroad.

Can you imagine this administration trying to conduct an covert operation in Iran after having alerted congress of their intent?

Seriously? With traitorous scum like Talib and Omar in congress? A secret operation would be leaked via text as the briefing was still in session.
