So pulling the statue here's what basically happened

What the Minnesota law passed under Walz did

In May 2023, the Minnesota Legislature passed and Walz signed an update to a state law for "infants who are born alive". Previously, state law said, "All reasonable measures consistent with good medical practice, including the compilation of appropriate medical records, shall be taken by the responsible medical personnel to preserve the life and health of the born alive infant."

The law was updated to instead say medical personnel must "care for the infant who is born alive".


Care for the infant is very vague and could basically mean anything from keep the room the dying infant is in warm to actually provide life saving measures.

So yeah what walz did was to dilute the protections on babies born alive making it easier for sleezy doctors and sleazy lawyers commit murder with no consequence

This debate turned out better than the presidential one

on both sides. Walz performed better than Kamoron and Vance performed better than trump.
