Quote from: Lokmar on February 09, 2025, 04:02:33 PMWhile I realize this doesnt speak for all of them, I've seen videos of whites say they will never leave SA because its their home. When white rule ended in SA, they should have split off a part where whites would have a homeland.

Oh well, whitey in SA is fucked just like he was fucked in all the other parts of africa.

All I know is that there are a lot of Afrikaaner immigrants in developed countries.

The inspector general tasked with monitoring spending habits at the controversial U.S. Agency for International Development is now out of a job.

On Tuesday evening, Trent Morse, deputy director of the White House Office of Presidential Personnel, emailed USAID Inspector General Paul Martin to let him know that he had been "terminated, effective immediately."

Though Morse did not provide a reason for Martin's termination, it is likely tied to the rampant waste, fraud, and abuse Elon Musk and the Department of Government Efficiency appear to have uncovered at the agency. According to the DOGE, USAID — dedicated to distributing American tax dollars to foreign countries — spent billions on leftist, anti-American pet projects ranging from "trans-led" and "gender-affirming" organizations in Guatemala to a Hamas-linked charity in Gaza to DEI scholarships in Burma.

A great start so far.

The State Department is planning to designate over six cartels and criminal groups with links to Latin America as foreign terrorist organizations.

Six unnamed sources familiar with the imminent decision told the Times that in addition to Tren de Aragua and MS-13, the Trump administration plans to designate six Mexican cartels as FTOs: the Cartel del Golfo, the Jalisco New Generation Cartel, the Michoacán family, the Northeast Cartel, and the Sinaloa Cartel.

These are the kind of cost saving reforms that work.

The Trump administration on Feb. 14 cut funding for an outreach program under the Affordable Care Act (ACA) that helps people sign up for health insurance coverage, according to a statement from the Centers for Medicaid and Medicare Services (CMS).

The agency said in a statement that ACA navigators will receive $10 million per year over the next four years. In 2024, the navigator program received $98 million, according to the agency. The ACA, passed in 2010, is a sweeping health care plan known as Obamacare.
CMS stated it was a cost-cutting move that would allow for health care exchanges to focus on more efficient strategies.

"Overall, navigator performance data shows that the current level of funding does not represent a reasonable return on investment," CMS officials said. "These numbers indicate that navigators are not enrolling nearly enough people to justify the substantial amount of federal dollars previously spent on the program."

In 2024, the navigators enrolled 92,000 consumers, which is "just 0.6 percent of plan selections through the [federally facilitated exchanges] during the open enrollment period ... at a cost of $1,061 per enrollment."

"Additionally, the average cost per enrollment exceeded $3,000 for 12 of the 56 navigator grantee organizations. Looking back at the grant period covering the 2019 plan year—the year before the COVID-19 pandemic under a similar regulatory approach—navigators likewise enrolled 0.6 percent of total enrollments through the FFEs at a substantially lower cost of $10 million," the statement said.

However, Friday's CMS statement said that $360 million will be saved over four years by cutting the program and noted that the user fee that is paid to the navigators is "directly passed through to the premium that health insurers charge."

"The savings from the navigator program supports lower premiums for consumers in the individual health insurance market," it stated. "People who do not qualify for federal premium subsidies will directly benefit from lower premiums. Lower premiums will also translate to less federal spending on premium subsidies."

The Tremont City Police Department in the greater Springfield metropolitan area revealed that a great deal has changed socially and demographically since November — and that much of it can be attributed to President Donald Trump.

"I can't even fathom how bad it could be if that election went completely opposite," said TCPD Chief Chad Duncan. "There were people living in tents behind businesses, just inside of the wood line. The parks were overrun with homeless immigrants, and you don't see that now."

"So I guess you got to thank the good Lord that He decided to give us what we asked for, which was President Trump, and he did it in a very timely fashion," added Duncan.

Since President Trump has crammed at least 100 days of action into just a few weeks, let's issue his preliminary 100-day report card now.

On three of the four issues central to restoring American sovereignty and values — border security, eviscerating DEI, and returning sanity to biology — Trump receives the highest possible grade. He has moved swiftly, strongly, and wisely.

When it comes to ending government's role in censorship, he has been more cautious — but not inactive. He issued an executive order to prohibit any federal government officer, employee, or agent to "unconstitutionally abridge the free speech of any American citizen" and authorize an investigation of Biden administration censorship programs. He shuttered part of the Biden censorship enterprise, and some social media platforms have curtailed their "moderation" practices. There is a lot more to do to eliminate censorship by government and government-funded organizations.

Trump receives high marks for setting in motion the policies necessary to protect Christians and Jews, curb the green agenda and restore consumer choice, and re-invigorate fossil fuel exploration and extraction. He is to be lauded for withdrawing the United States from the Paris Climate Accord and the World Health Organization.

Trump also receives high marks for ending the USAID's radical left agenda. USAID also administers programs that advance American values. They can be managed by the State Department or a right-sized USAID.

Donald Trump directed the Department of Justice to terminate all U.S. attorneys appointed during the Biden administration. The move was necessary to restore a "fair justice system" in the country, Trump said.

"Over the past four years, the Department of Justice has been politicized like never before," Trump said on the Truth Social platform. "Therefore, I have instructed the termination of ALL remaining 'Biden Era' U.S. Attorneys. We must 'clean house' IMMEDIATELY, and restore confidence," he said.

It is common for U.S. attorneys to resign when there is a change in administration. However, department lawyers said the incoming administration would typically request their resignations rather than issuing termination letters. The DOJ did not respond to a request for comment. Trump's statement comes a week after the White House had dispensed termination notices to federal prosecutors appointed during the Biden era. A number of other U.S. attorneys have already announced their resignations.

JD Vance took the stage at the 2025 Conservative Political Action Conference, which began Thursday, to tout the Trump administration's achievements within its first 30 days.

Vance outlined three key accomplishments: significantly reducing border crossings, unleashing American energy, and reducing federal government waste through the Department of Government Efficiency.

Vance joked that the only thing President Donald Trump has been unable to solve is CNN's rating crisis. :s_laugh:
