This made me cry in disgust.

Too long, didn't watch.

Just kidding, I watched and I'm of the opinion that this so-called activism will ultimately fail because the Supreme Court of the U.S. is in conservative hands for the foreseeable future.  Any bleeding heart appellate judge will have their idiotic rulings overturned.
