President Donald Trump is expected to unveil his Liberation Day tariff plan in the White House's Rose Garden Wednesday in an effort to end decades-long reliance on goods made overseas.

The tariffs are expected to follow similar recent announcements of 25% taxes on auto imports; levies against China, Canada and Mexico; and expanded trade penalties on steel and aluminum. Trump has also imposed tariffs on countries that import oil from Venezuela and he plans separate import taxes on pharmaceutical drugs, lumber, copper and computer chips.

Will the USA soar?

Or Crash with Trump's Tariff Strategy?

Her investments must have really tanked after the Tariff announcement.

Tariffs were removed from Canadian energy. I see auto tariffs being removed from the industry in Canada. There has not been a border in the North American auto sector since the Auto Pact or APTA was signed in 1965 by President Johnson.

Tariffs will be unworkable and disrupt supply chains.
