why? Because I don't have the facts to substaniate that claim. yet

and so I did a little digging because I like to read court orders for myself -- because, unlike the scum on the left I both posses the mental aptitude and thirst for truth that would compel a person to do so

and what do I find when I go looking for this 9-0 ruling? An opinion piece authored by the 2nd dumbest judge on the court, who's opinion, when considered in a vacum and in the absence of the other 8 has about as much worth as the last used dildo pulled out of Admin's leaky asshole

Now ask yourself, why isn't the actual ruling available online like every other FIVE days after the order but this opinion piece is?

As a student of the bible, having read it cover to cover nearly 3 times I learned long ago that with over 750,000 words in total if you want to, through the process of omission, context manipulation and just playing upon plain ignorance you can literally get a bible passage to support ANYTHING you choose

Back then, pretty much anyone with a little technical know how and a little capital could create their very own radio station, reaching anyone with the ears to hear. With whatever meesage they cared to disseminate.

Clearly this did not sit well with the ruling class, so they regulated the medium, imposing stiff penalties for anyone who didn't abide, instituting an onerous system of licensing and revoking those of anyone they felt was a threat. In places like England and Australia, they even charged license fees for those better heeled individuals who could afford their own radios to receive these broadcasts and in pretty much every market you care to name, the associated militaries of those countries were quick to adopt radio as a medium for influencing the general public on matters they determined were congruent with their aims.

So when Biggie starts a thread declaring the crookedness of media, it's old news from where I sit. And it's not just the government who has recognised the value of mass media as a way to scare the sheeple into "acceptable" forms of action either; you will no doubt be aware of elements of the lobbyist class using it to influence governments into courses of action favourable to third party interests. No media outlet is immune from this corruption and it's a prime driver why I periodically give DKG shit for the bot accounts he runs on this site that echo outlets like Fox News et al. Most people do not bother to look too deeply as to who is behind the outlets they accept as authoritative sources, most people end up being the unwitting agents or agendas which run counter to their own interests as a result.

I've been battling the owner of a website for months over why they allow guest posts from a Scientology front which asks for donations to do seemingly good work but with no disclosure about their origins or links.

Corruption is everywhere... even places you find have merit.
