Surely this subject should be related to mid teens.

We were not told one thing about human sexuality when I went to school. We had to learn regular stuff like maths, English, science, and social studies... and we did sport, cooking and sewing.... boys did woodwork and metal work.

I don't think God arranged puberty very well. It goes on too long for starters... from 12 (or earlier) to 18 is a long time for guys to be always horny. Girls less so but still enough for lives to be ruined.
