I agree he is too emotionally vested and tethered to Israel

But I also agree that Khalid guy had to go

Lokmar

I want to see the JOOOZ! bomb Iran! I also want to see Trump start selling weapons to Ukraine again if Putin doesnt want to negotiate.

(o)(o)

I'd like to see him scare the shit out of foreign leaders again. In his first administration he was handed a gift that not many presidents enjoy; he was misrepresented by his opponents as being unhinged enough to start World War Three. And he made that work for him by playing up to it, famously saying shit like "please inform [Kim Jong Un] that I too have a Nuclear Button, but it is a much bigger & more powerful one than his, and my Button works" and threatening to glass Red Square if Vladimir Putin didn't watch his step.

The result of course being that Donald Trump is the only US president since Jimmy Carter to not start any new wars during his presidency. And I like that. I like it a lot. It's a stark contrast to the warhawks (Bush, Clinton) and the weaklings (Obongo, Biden) who were justly famous for starting shit, quite a lot of which they couldn't (or wouldn't) finish with a quantifiable and resounding tick in America's "plus" column.

Shit, Biden alone has contrived to put us closer to World War Three than anything Trump ever managed. And no amount of Chugs banging on about polls displaying shitty approval ratings is going to change my appreciation of Trump's unconventional efforts of peacemaking.

I'll point out too, that if it's approval polls that float his boat, then a recent round of in-party polling among the democrats revealed the startling, highly amusing factoid that among the democrats there wasn't a single candidate they could offer up for the top job who was capable of polling in double digits when it came to the top job. And fifty percent of democrats polled apparently were incapable of ponying up a preferred candidate at all!

In-party polling, mind you. So all the people voting were democrat supporters; no republicans, no independents... ALL polled were democrats. Half of them couldn't be fucked naming a front runner... and of the half that could, it wasn't sufficient to show any democrat hopeful capable of polling above single digits.

I don't remember whether that was a CNN or MSNBC poll, only that the results were buried with unseemly haste. As well they might be. Otherwise more people might have seen this current 24/7 news cycle regarding Donald Trump's alleged popularity for what it is... projection from a party apparatus that is so far into the weeds at this point they may as well fold their tents and retire to their cry closets.

Welp, the polls are in it seems, even at CNN.

But first, a message from our sponsor
Quote from: Chuggy for Moose Semen Enemas on April 27, 2025, 02:17:26 PMDonald Trump won back the Oval Office and took charge of the government amid the strongest poll numbers of his political career, but as the 100-day mark of his presidency approaches, Americans' views of what he's done so far have turned deeply negative, a new CNN poll

Lets take a close look at the numbers, shall we? Get up close and personal with what constitutes "turning deeply negative"... do feel free to skip to just after the four and a half minute mark, just after the bit where the trannie gets his wig ripped off to howls of amusement from the onlookers....

Oooh, two percent would change their vote? Pass me my snorkel and water wings, that's real fucken deep! And of that two percent, half of them wouldn't vote at all??? Ahhhh, the negativity! It's so fucking deep i might get my freakin' TOES wet in it, waaaaaa!

Two percent... I don't call that "deep", especially not when the political option is a donkey-toothed yahoo who  is touted from within her own supporters as being the reason there are directions on shampoo bottles! Technical tip Chuggy, you aren't supposed to drink it. And her running mate... a socialist who honeymooned in Russia?Aren't they the Bad Guys??? REEEEEEEEEEEE!

Maybe that's the reason this shift is so... *ahem* ...DEEP. Shit, will Bernie even still be breathing when that tsunami of disappointment turns into a net positive support for the democrats?
