The only three countries with nukes that would have an interest in seeing Iran become a nuclear power would be China, Russia, and North Korea. And none of them would dare help Iran develop nuclear weapons.

Isn't it curious at the timing of this rumor of Iran getting help with nukes and the announcement of a cease fire?  Rather convenient.
