The problem Canada has with foreign students is they are working not studying. All the while using up scarce health care dollars and exacerbating the housing crisis.

I noticed lately that some US colleges have changed their programs to online only so that their students are no longer eligible for student visas.

I suppose that means they'll never have immigration problems with their students anymore.
