The Department of Homeland Security called on "sanctuary politicians" to tone down rhetoric after a Houston Halloween display depicted hanging ICE agents.

I know exactly how to get the display to be dismantled.  Simply create another display showing actual lynched Mexicans under an American flag.  That should work, but if not, its still a win win.
