¡Oh Dios mío! Me encanta este plato. Solía pedirlo en este restaurante favorito mío en el centro de DC. ¡Oh Dios mío! Solía disfrutar esto mucho pero ahora limito mi consumo de carne de res. Está bien, pero de vez en cuando disfruto de la carne. Por cierto, ustedes son todos pendejos. ¡Jaja!

Wound up having sushi on Saturday night.



Last night was food at the lady's mom's house for her stepdads bday. Had wings and sausage and peppers plus some other stuff.

It's meatless Monday and tonight I'm making spicy garlic soy tofu with rice.

Had Chinese coconut chicken, rice and egg roll last night, was so good.

We're having marinated beef roast and salads this evening.

Tomorrow night my best friend is coming over again. His layoff is over after this weekend, so seeing him again til next winter will be slim. Gonna go old school and make my famous Cheeseburger Bake! All my friends back in the day would flock when I made that lol. Its basically Bisquick mix on the bottom, kinda thin, then a layer of cooked burger that was mixed with condensed cheddar, lil milk and mushrooms (use to do onions), then cheddar on top. Sometimes I use colby and monterey jack. But when its done, I pour a lil A1 sauce on it.

I booked 24 hours rest.  I am working on a shepperd's pie. I love it doused in Frank's regular hot sauce.

I've never had that pie, but I know whats in it, and putting hot sauce on it sounds good lol.
