The weather was perfect yesterday, so we took advantage of it. We had bbq burgs, mac and cheese and ceasar salad. I had a bag of marshmallows for my grandson to roast.

The other night I had tacos, and I made something new, an avocado tomatillo (sp?) salsa to put on them. It has tomatillos, avocados, lime juice, cilantro, olive oil, salt and pepper, garlic, and jalapeno, all blended. Turned out pretty good, and spicy!
I've come here to chew bubble gum, and kick ass. And I'm all out of bubblegum.

Where's that Korean guy? I remember seeing a show about little Korea in Los Angeles, they had this restaurant where they would bring a little bbq charcoal grill to your table



You just grill your steaks right there. That was some awesome eating. I would pass on the live squids, though. Heard they can easily choke you to death

I'm making lemon garlic chicken with mini potatoes and asparagus for supper tonight.

Last night we grabbed some extra crispy from the Colonel lol. Those $5 fill ups are a good deal.



Trying to figure out what to have tonight. Wanting to grill. Debating tuna or salmon. Or maybe burgers lol. I shouldnt do burgers though, tomorrow night Im making my famous Cheeseburger Bake for my friend's 52nd birthday.
